• Shipping and Delivery

• Refund and Exchange Policy

• Design and programming services are intellectual, technical, and non-refundable after partial or complete implementation.
• If the client cancels the order immediately after payment but before starting work, a 15% fee is deducted. Refunds are not available once work has begun.

Logo Design Terms

• The client has the right to request modifications (color, font) on the selected sample, unless otherwise specified.
• Clients cannot change the design type or service after payment; additional costs and time may apply.
• The client may request additional samples for an extra fee.

Website Design Terms

• Website development begins after 70% of the payment is received; the remaining 30% is due within 10 days of final completion.

Commercial Identity and Print Design Terms

• The client must adhere to the number of items specified in the contract.
• Additional items are available for an extra fee.
